Amazing how I said Milton wasn’t the answer before the season started because of people who actually watch football and was right. Maybe you need to watch the game and stop thinking coaches are infallible.

Pitt fans should not feel good at all about their win today. At one point we had 7 starters out of the game, refs in their corner, 3-0 turnover margin and they win by only 7 points. If it wasn’t for a horrible spot by the ACC refs our game might be in OT right now.

I've noticed a trend so far with the first 2 games....we get thoroughly dominated in the 2nd quarter.

Visiting teams conference officials almost always officiate. Been that way for decades

Hooker interception was a two man route. Heupel is famous for it because it allows us to go fast.

Did anyone see how far that guy travelled to intercept that ball? I assume Hooker locked in very early or the Pitt player recognized something.

They measured the spot. Had plenty of time. We didn’t hurry up on 4th down.

Again stability and experience doesn't mean good. They are UK level at best. A good team runs a team like TN out of the stadium with 3 TO's and a million penalties

Inter conference game play usually
Has the visitor teams’ conference officials. Occasionally neutral conference officiating. It’s all ironed out when the two teams agree on playing in the contracts

Idk who is better between Milton and Hooker. Neither one of them will win us 6 games though.

13 penalties - 3 turnovers - play call on 4th and inches inside the 5 - and a pile of horrible passes. Only lost by 7. Gave that game away.

Appreciate what Hendon was able to do, but those turnovers were killers.

How awful must Bailey be in practice?

Obvious no sense to argue the future. We will see. They are well coached, loaded with seniors, and have multiple NFL players including a QB that will at least get a shot to play in the league. I think they have a good season.

I don’t care. The review should be done in the booth, and any questionable play/spot should be stopped. That’s the way college works.

Correct and it is up to the coaches upstairs to inform CJH to challenge. Probably 15 plus players between his sideline view and the tackle.

But they do actually develop the players they bring in. Something we haven’t done in 20 years.
