Swarbrick made a bad case in judgement. Promoting Freeman from within will be costly. ND was a top 10 program when Kelly left and they could’ve hired anyone they wanted. If they hired Fickell, he could’ve kept Freeman as DC as well.

I will say the best thing that has happened with this come back is pretty much all that came out giving up on the team in the first 5 mins of the game have left. Been a lot more fun watching the team come back.
