I preface this by noting my final prediction was 4-8 or 5-7, but I did say before the season that if absolutely everything went right (the QBs panned out, the defense was better than expected, etc.) that we could go 10-2, but that of course not everything was going to go right. But we were much closer to 10-2 than 4-8.
