Why are our freshmen so terrible? It's like if our guys don't have a ton of experience they are God awful. Other teams plug in freshmen and do fine.

Our coaching staff doesn't trust 75% of the team, but they are having to play a ton of those guys. And they flat out fail at coaching them up.

Bottom line: team with a lot of potential has underachieved due to crippling injuries and deficient coaching (mainly player development, but bad gameplanning as well).

And I think each has contributed to the other.
