That was essentially the gameplan with Dobbs as well.
Some really nice scripted plays that hopefully resulted in 10-14 points, then complete offensive incompetence, and then hopefully Dobbs would just start making stuff happen despite bad playcalling.
If the new coach gets this offensive line right (Richmond takes a seat, Trey Smith to LT is the first step) this can be a competitive team in the East. I've been skeptical of our talent but it's obvious we have it in spots.
Well of course, but Im saying he sees no one was getting open and just stood flat footed in the pocket for too long and got drilled. He will get better. Comes with reps.
