What does that mean exactly though? No matter who we hire, they will have good and bad points, the negawhoevers will start tearing into the hire immediately, and it will amplify with every mistake, there will be absolutely no consensus among us, and the carousel will start all over again, till ultimately the next future hated ex-coach is fired.

I don't know. Could I guess. There's a lot of things that are known in the coaching arena that you and I don't know but potential employers do. I think he struggles to get a head coaching job for a bit. May have to take a step back. We'll see.
