Can someone explain to me how its not a automatic 10 second run off by a ref missing the call? Instead of giving Will the option to call a timeout to prevent a 10 second run off? That makes no sense at all on top of adding more time?...these refs are ****

I’ve never heard of running time off to penalize a team for a ref’s error.
