This game just feels pathetic. Never thought I’d think that being up 23-0 when we ourselves have been so inconsistent this year. But we seem flat on offense (JG). Receivers seem lifeless. Crowd feels bored. They pan to them on UAB third down and no one is making noise. Upper half is mostly empty. Announcers might be literally retarded.

I don’t think this game has helped us with recruiting, considering everyone we have in.

But that wasn't the point of those posts that said we'd never score another TD if he's the QB.

Look, I get it. He's not an All-American QB. But he's also not nearly as bad as emotional posters say either. We're up 23 against a team we were only favored by about 10 against and who some thought would play us even closer than that and most thought we'd have a letdown against. Yet, all we're doing is whining and complaining and insulting. I just choose to trust the coaches and support the QB, whoever he is. And it's baffling some refuse to do the same if it's not their guy.

I've thought that for a while. You don't send someone to Vanderbilt Hospital for something as simple as a concussion. Specialists enter the picture when it's more complicated and whatever is up with Maurer is obviously a bit more complicated.
