But it will be a W and we will have s week to over analyze it and pick it apart.

Our team coming out and playing with passion, playing like their hairs on fire. They do that and starters should be out in a quarter or 2. We do that and I'll be optimistic heading into Uga week. That's the main thing I'm looking for. Sadly, don't see that happening

I'd hope to see #2 a lot at QB. He deserves it at this point in the season.

I wanna see us get up early and get the starters out. Get some young guys on defense like Butler, Ignont, Shamburger, and Labruzza the snaps they deserved in the ISU game.

Also wanna see JG get at least a solid quarter and a half of snaps. Not sure we'll see Dormady do well enough to get out early though.

Want to see a clean game. No turnovers, minimal penalties, getting off the field on 3rd down, good ST play, and just a total domination of a far inferior opponent.

I agree. Still don’t think he’s ready to be #1, but he’s earned considerable PT against an overmatched opponent to prove himself when QD has been average at best

Sorry, I’m going to have to deny this one. Continued drops, tips for Interceptions and wrong routes on the goal line are gonna be the norm

Apathetic fanbase + noon kickoff = no juice in the stadium.

Team is caught both looking back at Florida and forward to Georgia. Some infighting in the locker room amongst players. Coaches keep it vanilla as possible because they know their jobs could be on the line next week.

UMass has a pretty good passing offense, we have a terrible secondary and no real pass rush.

All this results in an ugly, close-ish game. I'd be more worried if UMass had any talent on their defense.

I've been down about the loss all week and angry at Butch.

But I'm excited to see football again in general. Nothing is better to me then getting to watch the Vols play.

I think there is a path to this season turning around and ending up being a ton of fun. And that would be the emergence of Guarantano. If he starts playing well, he has an opportunity to steal the starting job away as Dormady has left the door wide open for him. I hope Butch gives him the chance to play for a while. It has never really been a competition all season long... Even though it was painted that way by Butch all off season. JG has the tools but has looked a little shaky at times. So has Dormady. Lets give the young guy some room to breathe and see what he can do.

This team needs a spark of confidence. They need an identity. They need one of these QB's to become the alpha and lead this team to its potential.

I think the Vols win comfortably. But somehow it won't look like we want it to. But I guess it is what it is. It's better than not having Tennessee football to watch.

Butch is in a no win situation concerning QB's. If JG comes out today does well or does something spectacular and QD is shaky woof. Next week there will be a ton of pressure on QD and Butch.
