'22 Recruiting Forum: Official UT Martin Pregame/Game Thread

Good win but more importantly no injuries. Guys that was banged up today should he good to go for Kentucky game and I fully expect Tillman and Tank to play next week along with Hadden, Mitchell, and Mincey.

Oh no.
we will hear all week that Tillman is a game time decision and Tank will have to wait to be cleared by an international crime detection unit before being allowed to play.

We are gonna be in the national championship game and hearing that Tillman has been moving well at practice and is a game time decision

Our DB's were terrible again today and the ones coming back next week are only avg.

Last yr Levis had 415 yds and 5 TD's against us. We can only hope to outscore them. He will shred our secondary if our pass rush is a no show.

I think Tillman wasn't 100% for Bama but I believe he could have played today but CH wanted him to have another week of practice and be ready for UK. jmo

I have a difference remembrance. When we heard he was bring Martinez we were all disappointed because we remember the last time he coached here.
I also remember feeling differently later about him as the DB play got way worse after him

I do wish he would teach the guys to locate the ball better...they could have had 4+ interceptions at least on wounded duck passes the last two games if they did. Watching a QB just throwing a wobbly duck prayer up there and the WRs making big 1st down catches because our DBs have no freaking clue where the ball is is really really frustrating..lol.

Well, yeah, there's that. But I have been reminded and had it explained slowly to me repeatedly how that was not his fault, that their stats were good and that in reality they were really good during those years. So good he exited the SEC for greener pastures when his contract was not renewed.

I see the same stuff. Trail technique, not turning their heads to locate the ball when the receiver does, taking bad angles, etc. But I have learned from the experts on here I am wrong. So I decided to join them and be a rah-rah guy.

Let me know when that happens. Have not seen it since his time at UGA when he was let go about 15 years ago.

The only thing left in his corner or his Ace in the hole, is that he hasn't gotten his guys in yet recruiting wise. That's what he would probably say.
