I'm not a huge beer drinker at all, but when I'm at a place like specializes in craft beers, I've noticed that a lot of these beers have a lot of weed references in their name. Always make me laugh a little.

Hops and cannabis belong to the same plant family, Cannabinaceae, and both contain terpenes which are organic compounds that give both flowers similar organoleptic properties, i.e. flavors and aromas.

Now ya know. FWIW.

EDIT: Beer and weed always make me laugh a little too.

For me it’s all about the trenches this game. I’m going to be watching both lines very closely. Must improve pass rush on D and pass protection and run blocking on O.
✔ ✔ ✔ Same here. That is what will make the biggest ripple effect in improvement across the board. OL and pass rush MUST continue to take steps forward.

Agreed. I just want to see online gel more, blocking assignments fulfilled, and pressure from Dline.
We will take nothing away from our skilled players for this game, it's a mismatch.

I just want to see real quantifiable improvement in execution in those areas.

I did not know that Hops was in the Cannabinaceae family.

100%

nothing else really matters IMO, outside of injuries

I agree with you and Ron, but I wouldn't mind seeing a little more TE passing action and getting JJ out there with the wideouts running some routes... Maybe Pruitt keeps the TE/JJ game under wraps until FL so that there isn't a lot of tape to study, who knows...

oh yeah I absolutely agree with this. But IMO they are trying to keep JJ as healthy as possible for SEC play and unleash him against Florida. TE play I think they've just been keeping it vanilla intentionally. I expect them to get some shots this game but really to see them against Florida and onwards.

I’m sure part of it has to do with the staff wanting the TEs to get a lot of blocking reps in live games, given that’s where they need the most improvement.
