needs to be some real convos had ab Nico in the facility after this yr. Theres no improvement at all. Cant see the field, cant process fast. All bad.

I think it has more to do with how we're gonna choose to do things offensively. I think heupel, for the first time since he's been here, has been overly stubborn in the paying game, instead of doing to what we can do. Feels like we're more concerned with what we should be able to do...

We've had a myriad of issues on offense. Penalties, over throws, drops, issues with pad protection etc... What that tells me is we need to really start asking questions about what we can, and should, do differently. I don't know that means we need different coaches. But it does mean if you continue to do the same things over and over expecting different results... Well I think you know where they goes.

This team is good. They're really not that far away because what's killed is this year is us. Not the opponents we've played.

Hence, the self examination I think we need.
