I would love to think we are going to beat them down but Vandy always plays their best against TN. I think TN wins but like Missouri it will be a frustrating win. I hope not!

Good thing Vandy's special teams are garbage and their offense is hardly ever able to drive the ball into the other team's territory then.
I have a feeling this will be another field position game. Vandy's scoring defense and red zone defense good. But they give up yards and have a bit of a bend but don't break mentality. We'll be able to drive the ball a bit and will end most of our drives with field goals or punting and pinning their offense inside the 20.
My hope for Saturday is that the team brings the same intensity they did against Mizzou and crushes Candy's will in the first half. I don't want them ever thinking they will win another game against our Vols ever. I want Butch to release deboring to quit being deboring and open the offense up on senior day at Neyland. Those guys battled through so much in their time on the hill and deserve to go out on a very high note. They will then have a month to get healthy and prepare before the bowl game.
I'm finding it hard to believe we are still favored by 17.5. Isn't Texas A&M the only team in the SEC to beat them by that much?
I'm sure Vandy will have plenty of motivation and who knows how much our field will slow Tennessee down. I see a close one, but would like to be wrong. I'll take a win any way the Vols can get it.
I believe I would take Vandy to cover that. Our offense..our field...our predisposition to conservative gameplans...Candys not sucky defense..equals few points.
