Exactly... treated it like an open competition at the beginning of the year.. play both until one emerges or one gives you a reason not to play him. Just about 4 games too late IMO

Stubborn mule he is and I don't agree with jerking a QB (Shrout) for making one mistake. Just to be clear I believe HB is the man just saying no matter who the QB is he will make a mistake sooner or later. He wasn't that quick with JG.

He’s coming back so our only hope is that he horribly mismanaged the covid situation but can somehow figure it out. Unfortunately it costed us a good 2021 recruiting class

I just don’t understand why you pull HB right there when he had a guy on his blindside come absolutely untouched and still managed to get the ball out.... I still don’t think it was a fumble.

It wasn’t a fumble. But the decision to play Shrout was pretermined. Nothing that HB did.
