Yes coach to his strengths but even his middle throws are rockets. He needs to calm down and put some touch on his throws. He’s done it this season, seems like anytime he is the starter it’s like he forgets how to throw a football.

A normal situation with Joe as the starting qb would involve a lot more qb runs. No backup option limits that today. That’s one of his big strengths
