Little evening update...

As I mentioned in a earlier post, everything is always fluid. Now what does that mean?

This morning it was pretty definitive that there was going to be no news today. As of 5pm, I don't have anyone saying there will be any news today, but could the Florida news and the heat Currie is getting change things? Maybe.

Jones and Currie met this afternoon that we do know. The staff meeting that is a normal Sunday deal hasn't started at this point which is unusual. It has been scheduled all day today but we are told has not started. What does that mean? Not sure, but it's a break from the norm.

We don't believe that Currie has been calling any donors telling them anything today. But Currie has met with Jones once today. Could they talk again this evening? Not sure.

We are digging and certainly searching on everything we hear and are doing what we can to bring you the latest in what seems to be an evolving afternoon.

I’ve got a brisket that’s coming off the smoker in an hour or two, a fridge with some good craft beer and some bourbon on the bar. Screw work tomorrow, I’m going to celebrate.

Yep, unless there is something he doesn't want out in the discovery process, they will probably have a legal battle.

They went the wrong way with this. It’ll end up costing them more than 12 mil.
