Going in to this game, I was wondering how Mizzou was 8-2. Even though I still don't think they're that good (mostly beneficiaries of a weak schedule for their first 3 years; by the way, does anyone know if that was part of the deal for them joining?), I see now how they've won those games. That defense of theirs has just beat our asses senseless.

We got out coached tonight. Missouri game planned brilliantly. Bajakian couldn't adjust either. We don't have ANY plays run from behind center, and it is effectively killing us in the run game. Doesn't help that our Oline is so terrible. Mahoney will lose his job this year. Bajakian will get one more year. Our offense is just too inconsistent. And it looks schematic. We need to develop an inside run game and make waaay more use of the middle of the field. Having your players play passionately and focused is sweet, but you gotta call plays with a little more aggression and heart.

As you know, these minutes of the game for a team up big are not often their finest defensively, but I agree. This was definitely not Bajakian's best game.

Mizzou's D line dominated this game. We waited and waited to take advantage of their suck offense until they hit some plays. Malone play was the moment we could've taken the game but ended up giving it away.
