Dooley will take the best guys available that he can get.

If he intends to run a program like Saban does (which is what a lot of people say since that was his "mentor") he'll be ruthless in regards to committed players and scholarships.

This is one of those big questions I want to see answered, but I'm probably going to have to wait a few years. Saban makes his players earn their scholarship every year, because he oversigns and then uses a variety of ways to get players off of his team to meet the limit. I don't really like that approach, but it may very well be the one Dooley uses when he gets a full roster.

I think Dooley is just as much of a cut-throat type of guy as Saban is. He just hides it better with the media.

He will do whatever it takes to keep his job.
