Updated after adding Gabe Jeudy-Lally. Yet again, 247 has no transfer ranking for him, so we didn’t get a bump from it.

Realistically, we should be sniffing a top-10 transfer class right now, but that’s not what the official records show.

Thanks for all the updates. Will they quit updating these tools? Are HS player rankings now fixed and changes only due to them making or changing locations? How about the Transfers?

Looking forward to following this year's additions to see how their production, near term and long term, tracks comparatively with their and other's rankings. Think we have a chance for a higher percentage of both early and career overachievers with this group. HOPEING for fewer misses due to getting guys our staff had higher on the war room wall regardless of stars for specific needs and/or a belief they have impact potential after getting access to real training tables and weight rooms.

As far as I can tell, there is no rhyme/reason for a recruit getting a transfer ranking or not. I do know that it doesn't impact their team's rankings if they don't have that and only have their HS rankings.

All of our transfers have finally been given transfer rankings, so 247's ranking moved us up to 27th, from 35th.

After this last season, I was/am really hoping the 2024 class would get us into the Top 5. guess it still too early to tell but I am getting tired of this 8 to 12 range we seem stuck in.

8 to 12 range is fine if your feeling the right needs and This staff is definitely doing that.

I've been watching this a long time. I would rather have a staff that knows how to evaluate, sign, and develop talent than one that can "win" on NSD. We've seen top classes come and go... I'm ready to give Heupel's way a chance.

Cant argue with the results on the field so far for sure. I just want to make the Dawgs and Bammers jealous I guess

If we start beating them both consistently on the field:

1) They will definitely be jealous lol.

2) These classes that are ranked 14-9 ish will suddenly become 7-3 ish overnight, because the scouts will put more stock in the players Heupel goes after. You're already seeing that now with Nico being #1 overall, and Leacock going from 3 star to # 58 overll player.

This #9 class was easily a top 5 class imo.
