I know this sounds abit crazy.......but it almost seems like we're recruiting too good, if there's such a thing. I mean, do we just recruit like everyone, then what?? Do we let the lesser player decommit, or do we just pull scholy's??

What do we do?? We cannot possibly play everybody, and we're so stacked at RB, and DE (getting there), and even DT is getting stacked.......WR is getting rediculous, so what do we do?? If Bernard is a silent, then do we still try to get Dyer too?

If you have any enlightenment, please share......:hi:

We take one runningback this year. Only one. We could only get one most likely, but luckily one is all we need.

and if u had a choice between Bernard and Dyer, who would u take Sabo?

Dyer for sure, but he's going to Auburn. So is Mosley, his buddy.

I wouldn't be the slightest bit disappointed with Bernard though. He's got everything he needs to be a successful back at this level and Gran is the best guy to learn from.

I think(my opinion) is that Kiffin will push some kids towards juco and others just straight out the door. Players like T. Campbell. and others that will never ever see the field. Kiffin wants to fill this place up with HIS kids. Hard to fully coach a kid your not 100% with. Yes these kids trust him but they still remember the days of fulmer.

Almost positive. Until something different happens between now and signing day, he'll be yelling War Eagle with Troop next year. Arkansas is the only other school with a legitimate chance, but he just feels at home with Auburn.

And Bernard is a nice RB, so that's probably why we'll take em.....plus it's another St. Thomas Acquinas kid, which is a gift that keeps on giving for Granny......:eek:lol:

You think he's alot better than Bernard?

Yes. I think Dyer is going to go far. He will be the #1 RB in this class 4/5 years to come. He has speed and power. Good Vision. I really like him. Bernard is good too. Just not top 5 for me.

some will get red shirted too. next years class will invariably be thin at some positions....it's the nature of recruiting

I take Seastrunk in that argument, but I take Bryce over any other RB in this class.

Looks like they're trying to build 3-4 deep at each position, to play alot more players during games, and in case of injureis, etc.......wow, i can't believe that they have so many DT's lined up and DE's lined up so fast..........Foollmer couldn't get ANY DT's recently, it was crazy......

Yeah bryce is NFL bound. I like Dyer over Seastrunk. Dyer is very Jones-Drew like.

Wr? nah i don't think we take one unless he is an elite WR. Meline most likely will go to D. However, we have quite a bit WRs already.

No, we are going to have the number 1 class.

Pair and Broussard may decommit and it will be handled with class.

If we got Dyer we just would not need Bernard or Payne at RB.

Funny thing with Damien Robinson's teammate thinking about us a bit, but we do not want to do the package deal with Dyer and Mosley and do not offer the package deal to Luc and his teammate. We are happy with Byrnes teammates, but not with some of the others.

This staff does their HW.

OL we get JaWuan James, Morgan Moses, John Cullen, James Stone, Damien Robinson, TJ Leifheit 3 guys and if 4 we lose M Pair.

There will not be as many late shocks this year, the CFB world will be shocked that UT gets a #1 class after just a 7-8 win season!

+1

If i were the coach i actually wouldn't take bernard. That being said with certainty that Poole doesn't transfer. I just don't think he is that impressive. We have 4 young rbs...i would just wait till next yr if only bernard was available.

And I'm still trying to figure out how we are going to wrap up the wr's...we are in a lot of guys top lists of schools with offers out. If Riley commits...that leaves less room for someone to switch sides (meline, cobbs). I honestly don't know how we can take another wr...unless the staff doesn't think all of them will be eligible.

How about Lattimore? Hes up there as far as talent, but do we have a legitimate shot? Also Kenny Stills? We would definitely take him at WR, but can we pull it off? I would be stoked with one of these guys...

Kiffin is not gonna push guys out of the program who do the right things off the field and work hard on the field too. Some guys like that might leave because they want playing time but it won't be because Kiffin came up with some excuse to dismiss them from the team. Scholarship guys who work hard but just aren't talented enough to play aren't treated like crap by coaches. Coaches always value guys who are good influences on more talented players by being solid citizens and hard workers.
