Recruiting Updates - No Disucssion

This. Let's use the hot recruiting news thread and use the link to the player threads for the info. That way we have it posted in the player thread for discussion but also a thread to track these updates. Sound good to everyone?

I love having a news thread, though. I'm not sure why that one hasn't been updated more. It seems some thought it was only for commits and that isn't the case at all.

This is the 3rd time I'll suggest just adding a button (beside the like button) to every post that lets members tag a post as recruiting information, and then just building a report that lists them chronologically that can be viewed. Everyone can contribute. Then, if people want to put that information into a nice pretty format, great, but at least it doesn't cost them tons of time, so they are more likely to keep at it.

I like the idea. I'll look into it.

Most people only use it for commits these days.

I don't mind using that one, I was basically going to use this as an ongoing weekly update, daily update I guess you would say.

You can merge them if you want though.

If you don't mind, let's try that. If you see it isn't working for what you want to do, let me know and we will work our something else because I really do appreciate the contributions from you and others who keep these updated. :hi:
