They looked a lot better than the eleventh hour rush job black jerseys he who I will not name trotted out prior to the South Carolina game in 09.
Have been a traditionalist for ages on the issue of jerseys, but I bow to the inevitable. If that is what it takes to get the blue chips to look at you, you have to comply.
This jumped out to me as well. Pretty sure Worley threw for 215 yards on Sat.
No, TennesseeÂ’s new jerseys didnÂ’t resurrect quarterback Justin Worley. The gray also didnÂ’t cure Worley of his third down woes, as the junior went 9-of-12 passing for 97 yards, tacking on a touchdown and six first downs on third down alone. But they made his performance that much more important
I feel like this is incorrect......
Yeah I thought the same thing. Typo maybe? Worley stepped up and made so many crucial plays in key situations. Hope he continues to turn the corner and build off of it.

I was lambasted earlier in the year when I suggested a uni change to update our look and I said it was important to the recruits to look cool in their unis but the haters hated on me. So I'm here to say "told you so azzwipes, whoever you were". Anybody with half a brain knows that recruiting is the life blood of a program. Hope CBJ sees fit to break out some black unis in the next couple of years. Can't tell me the recruits wouldn't love these black unis and the crowd would go apesh!t.
Am I the only one surprised that there haven't been a couple more commits following the GA game. Appeared to be the perfect storm of a recruiting visit. If TN was recruiting me and I had been there as rocking as the stadium was on Saturday, I'd of commited on the spot!
