The 4* RB picked Ga. Supprised? That's 2 in 2 years that cited "hot-seat" rumors as a concern. Does anyone with more talent and or time know how many in the last 3 years have publicly said the same? Thanks:hi:

When Gruden is hired, they will come and in bunches. Not worried about recruiting right now.

That's why keeping Precious isn't an option. Another yr on the hot seat just digs the hole deeper for the next guy

Honestly, recruiting doesn't matter until a new coach is named. They will the evaluate the players we have and determine whether to keep them or not. Call them and talk to them. They may have recruits they want to bring with them (if its Gruden then obviously not). But no recruits are going to commit to UT before a decision is made one way or another.

What RB has picked TN with Dooley as HC?

Marlin Lane did. Dooley being on the hot seat, is hurting recruiting. Kameron Miles has supposedly said that he will open up recruitment if DD is fired. Dave Hart needs to either make a move and get a new coach, or say DD is the man and maybe recruiting will get better.

Let's not continue to beat this dead horse! I have almost as much or as little inside knowledge about the inner workings of the University as anybody else on this forum. However, my gut tells me Gruden is NOT coming to Tennessee as our next HC.

I really think we will be ok and will look back at this period of silence from Dave Hart and understand it much better in the upcoming weeks. We just have to relax and trust him until he shows us he isn't capable. My opinion is that already has or he will find a very good coach for this program, one who is probably coaching at this moment and we will be fine. Too much riding on it for there not to be a solid plan in the works.

Considering the fact that GA has 2 insane freshman RB and still getting a 4* RB speaks volumes about the requirement of stability within a program. The dooley fired rumors either need to be killed or make it real and announce it publicly.

Recruits visit this site and see nothing but negativity and doubt. Our program has a solid foundation now, that's what recruits need to consider. The best thing to do right now is play out the season and let the chips fall where they may. :twocents:

No commit is solid until they sign LoI. Many players can be flipped. Turman is similar to Marlin Lane. He's ok , but not a gamebreaker. D Green is much better

Gruden's NOT coming to UT. Get over it...let it die. We are only good at getting the 2* running back that needs to be coached up from Graham.

Dude, I trust the people posting in Gruden cliff notes way more that I do you. I'll hold on to Chucky coming and you can have Doofus.
