It DOES, however, give them the ability to take away the win in the bowl game... forfeiting it to their opponent, which then would force the Coaches poll to give it to Oklahoma per the BCS rules. At best you could try and call it a split championship like they did with LSU's...So what? That still doesn't give the NCAA any power over the AP or the ESPN/Coaches poll.

I'm just pointing out that the NCAA DOES have power in the matter. If you read the thread, the speculation is that they don't have it. They most certainly do.
