A lot of moving parts going on this time of the year, and wanted to make a list of which positions and players we are actively recruiting that we have offered and that are visiting between now and signing day. I'll also put players here that are soft commits like Kongbo.

I've heard this explanation alot lately, and while we didn't have the season we could have had, this season overall should be deemed a success. I am not sure how a prospect cannot look at Tennessee and the trend we have going as a program and not be intrigued at what is to offer.
I look at Will Muschamp and Kirby Smart. What do these guys have to offer? Kirby has NEVER been a HC and Will Muschamp failed at FLA where he had ample opportunities and resources to be succussful. On the other hand, Butch Jones has been successful at every stop he has been at. He has literally pulled Tennessee out of the muck left by his predicessors. Objectively speaking, Butch Jones has a great deal to sell, which is why the lack of success in this recruitimg class has me scratchimg my head. I am not sure we want Zach Azzani and/or Willie Martinez to get hired away. We must close out strong.

Four and five-star recruits will be very hard to come by now. Recruits probably getting smacked with "but he can't win the big games". Maybe after the raise and this dead period Butch will come on like gangbusters...
GO VOLS!

Lost another key recruit to Clemson....
Swinney has won a ton of big games in the last few years. I hate Clemson but they are rolling."Can't win the big game" doesn't seem to hurt Dabo Swinney. He gets 5 stars coming out of his ears every year, but even as the #1 seed he's an underdog against OU (who will beat Clemson I think). Apparently 5 stars don't mind being on an underperforming team that never lives up to expectations, and the NFL doesn't care for as far as drafting their players. I think we have a better argument for them than Clemson does since we're up and coming and they have been at the top for a while, blowing it every year. Apparently Hunter Johnson disagreed, but I think that has more to do with the long list of QB's ahead of him by 2017.
ah its wet diaper season...my least favorite time of year where they come out of the woodwork wringing their hands about a class that still has TWO months to come together. Instant gratification society(that can't even take the time to spell out scholarship) just about has me beat to a pulp.
Netflix and chill you ninnies. Can we sticky this?
