Renewed/New Shows Announced!

TBS has officially renewed its anthology comedy series, Miracle Workers, for a second season, along with the Tiffany Haddish and Tracy Morgan-led The Last O.G. for a third season.

Additionally, the network has announced that Snowpiercer, a series adaptation of the 2013 film of the same name, which was originally developed and intended to air on TNT, will instead be airing on TBS. In conjunction with the announcement, TBS handed out an early season 2 renewal for the series, which is set to premiere in spring 2020.

Hey Cagle, have you heard any updates on this show that Michael Weatherly and Cote De Pablo are working on called MIA?

Looked it up and it's in development. It may be this time next year before we find out if it gets picked up by any network. I would assume that since both are so closely connected to CBS that would be its likely destination if gets that for.

It's happening at least a "Pilot" will likely be developed.

‘Walker, Texas Ranger’ Reboot Starring Jared Padalecki Lands At The CW

The network has landed for development Walker, a reimagining of CBS’ 1990s action/crime series Walker, Texas Ranger, with Padalecki set to star and executive producing.

Only if it's a continuation of the original. That would be cool to have a Chuck Norris make a few appearances.

Edit:
Obviously it's not. I should've read it first.

I kinda like premise of a single father with a female partner. I however would change "the being undercover two years" to being in the Military and deployed.

I've been enjoying this show. Michael Emerson can play one creepy dude and I also find the lead actress Katja Herbers really cute.

CBS has given a early 2nd Season Renewal to its Freshman Horror/Paranormal drama Evil.

“Evil” is set to conclude its 13-episode first season (creators Michelle and Robert King always intended season 1 to be that length, according to CBS) on Jan. 30, 2020

More news from CBS.

CBS has handed out full-season orders to three freshman series, namely drama All Rise, and comedies Carol’s Second Act (starring Patricia Heaton), The Unicorn (starring Walton Goggins) and Bob Hearts Abishola.

I walked on on Bob Hearts Abishola being on.....if that's a hit for network TV then I'm definitely not missing anything. It was painfully unfunny.

It's a Chuck Lorre show so they are giving it plenty of opportunity to survive. The guy is the creator behind shows like Grace Under Fire, Cybill, Dharma & Greg, Two and a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory, Mom and Young Sheldon all big hits at some point.

It's getting better, I've liked it from the start but my fiance has only just started to come around on it.
