Renovate Neyland Stadium Bathrooms ASAP

I’m sure this has already been said many times before but the bathrooms at Neyland are a disgrace. Get rid of the troughs and put in urinals and more stalls and newer ones at that. Fix the sinks so it isn’t physically impossible to wash your hands. If the university cares about their fans and their program, they’ll focus on renovating the bathrooms inside the stadium before renovating the strip.
The “character” and “patina” of the older sections mixed with the updated areas of Neyland is next level.
I somewhat enjoy revisiting the outdated areas and remembering days gone by.
However the make-over is overdue in many areas and the freshness is appreciated.

The University is renovating the Strip?

As someone who previously had seats in the south end zone for decades, I would put expansion of the concourses head and shoulders above any other renovations. In addition to being a general PITA, it's also a safety concern.

I actually don’t mind the troughs. Fast and effective and don’t miss much of the game.
My husband said that Missouri troughs have a tv in front of every person so they don't miss the game. Below is the conversation that took place:
Man to the right of hubs: I wonder if they have cameras recording our xxxxx?
Man to the left of hubs: Hope they have a zoom lens for me.

At any rate, a little adult humor. hahaha

Hope you all have a good day and GoooooooVols!

If they renovated the bathrooms they’d have to sell one of Sterl The Pearl’s speakers to do so. Choose wisely.

Put all his speakers up for sale, renovate the bathrooms,  and start a fund to cover fines for future field-rushing fines. Win-win-win right there.

We’re going to have to build Neyland out to get it up to date. The inside can look the same, but we need more walking area under the seats if we want to really fix the bathrooms and concessions.

- Put our bleachers back from where Fulmer put another big screen.
- Change out the flat screens under the deck to make them larger.
- Add another 15 ft of walkway around the stadium for better amenities.
- Build a 3rd level deck for the visitors and enclose it so we don’t have to hear them or get liquids thrown down from them.

Yep. We've been in D, C, and B for the past 15 years. The concession and bathroom area is impassable during big games.
I guess if you gotta evacuate you are going onto the field and out the ground level opening on the south end.

Keep the troughs! They are as iconic as the Japanese squatter!

I was gonna say the same thing. Men’s line moves quickly and it’s the troughs that do it. Urinals will just limit the number of people peeing at a time.

Who of you out there would buy one of the troughs? $$$
I bought some of the previous turf.

I miss the days of being able to push around a cigarette butt in the troughs.
