Speaking of blackmail, there are a lot of nervous politicians and business people that wish Jeffrey Epstein hadn't kept such meticulous records of people that went to pedo island and visited his various other properties. There's no telling what kind of blackmail he had but some of it may be released next week.

I am going to predict they are not releasing anyone of note. Need to cut a deal with Ghislaine Maxwell to get the big fish.

Define out of their league for someone with money/power and then show me a butt ugly high end escort of any flavor.
Now factor in that the honey in the honeypot is likely lacking in any necessary moral/ethical character traits to be considered as being in a league above this or they wouldn’t willingly be the honey.🤷‍♀️
However, if the honey being used is underage, all those involved adults just need to be lined up on a wall.
Are you trying to tell me that unattractive men of power and influence do not get seduced by attractive women for the purpose of extracting information and placing them in compromising positions?

It doesn't always need to be this way of course. Let's take Eric Swalwell for instance, he's an unattractive goober with power and he just willingly slept with a very bland Chinese spy who was allowed untold access. Still happened.

Those engaging in the underage activity do in fact need to be lined up on a wall, like everyone involved with Jeffrey Epstein.

Pretty sure that goes for both sides of the isle. Getting kompromat on someone is statecraft 101. Perhaps a bit easier for Reps vs Dems since Reps often run on family values so a wider range of potential violation.

Truth is that this kind of thing is going on all the time, whether foreign like Rep Eric Swalwell and chinese honeypot Fang Fang or domestic like releasing info on Gov Kristy Noem with Lendowski (surely done by those within the GOP) - and of course Florida GOP chair - the very definition of getting a tape on someone.

When I was an active operator the saying was "catch them in bed with a dead girl or live boy". But that really doesnt work in the Dem party anymore. I have upgraded to "catch them in bed with a dead girl or little boy". Not entirely sure that would be enough these days either.

Bottom line is when you hit the big leagues, you will find out how incorruptable you are because there will be temptations placed in your path (mostly with hooks on them)
I won’t be surprised if these statements were made “now” in preparation for the upcoming list of names getting released from the Maxwell case.
There might possibly be a couple of high profiles on there so could this be an attempt to provide the public with a morsel of sex tape info in advance, getting out in front of the story, to try and temper that impact.🤔

How many people not social media involved will hear a name on the legacy news from the Maxwell list and think, ‘I already heard about that sex tape stuff a week or so ago’ and they just move on?

Uh no. I’m saying even old or ugly people get laid if they have power/money so there’s not really an out of their league argument if someone wants something they (the power/money) can provide.

Expect mostly benign names unless it’s been deemed that someone has gone rogue, regardless of the blackmail files, and needs destroyed.

Honeypots, as I specifically mentioned, normally work as a much more attractive person going after the ugly with power. Doesn't always have to be that way of course, but it normally does.

Yea ok. It appears that you’re saying pretty much what I was saying while I was addressing a specific point in the post I originally replied to regarding out of their league.
If you couldn’t clearly understand my initial reply, my apologies for creating your confusion otherwise here’s a 🤜 🤛 on agreeing. ( that’s a fist bump😉)

Ha! Yes there's some confusion for sure, but we have the same understanding.

There's no doubt things like this happen. Honeypots have been around since the beginning of time. Having some self awareness and knowing who is out of your league will prevent a lot of problems.
The problem is the above-average politician is a narcissistic dumbass, making the rest of them barely functioning brainlets. Democratizing too much of our society has rewarded us with this.

How dumb does a high profile politician have to be to let this happen?
Because these people are elitist and they've been taking whatever they want for years. " Privileged"
Another reason for term limits for everyone.
Yeah, yeah you can vote them out...too many people are sheep when voting.
Speaking of term limits, the Supreme Court Justice also need term limits, not an appointment until they kill over.

The absence of term limits in the Constitution is about the only borderline mistake I can see the FFs made when drafting. I understand why, but it has manifested itself into the pervasive corruption and cronyism in Congress we see today. That ship has sailed and term limits will never happen. Regardless, politician are always gonna be scoundrels and ho dogs with or without term limits.

GOP Rep. Tim Burchett claimed 'good conservatives' are voting for 'crazy stuff' in Congress because there are sex tapes on them and they are being blackmailed.

In the wild new interview Burchett, R-Tenn., echoed comments made by former Rep. Madison Cawthorn, R-N.C. last year that left him essentially blackmailed by his own party.

Burchett explained that 'powerful people' who 'write the big checks' are behind blackmailing schemes to protect their portfolios.

'Why in the world would good conservatives vote for crazy stuff like what we’ve been seeing out of Congress?' he went on. 'Here's how it works:'

'You’re visiting, you’re out of the country or out of town or you’re in a motel or at a bar in DC and, whatever you’re into – women, men, whatever — comes up and they’re very attractive and they’re laughing at your jokes. And you’re buying them a drink. Next thing you know, you’re in the motel room with them naked.

'Next thing you know, you know you’re about to make a key vote. And what happens? Some well-dressed person comes out and whispers in your ear, “Hey, man, there’s tapes out on you.” Or, “Were you in a motel room or whatever with whoever?” And then you’re like, “Oh,” and [they] said, “you really ought not be voting for this thing.”'

I’ll say it once more. P@$$y has corrupted and ruined more mens lives than any other cause in the history of mankind!
