In the fall of 1994, a young Modbock lived across the street from Murphy Center. Nottingham Apartments right next to Blue Raider Book Store. I lived in apartment A-1. We called it the steakhouse. In a drunken stupor, I watched a frosh named Peyton Manning trot onto the field for the first time.

RIP my 04 Toyota 4 Runner. Wife got hit by another woman running a red light. Insurance totaled it about an hour ago. Wife is beat all to hell but nothing broken.
