Stefano’s on Cumberland Avenue. The building anyway - it’s been sold to developers for $3+ million. The original Ruby Tuesday is in the space above. Wish they’d just renovate it, but they likely flatten the lot and put up more of the crap that’s being slapped up along both sides of The Strip.

I'm pretty much done with Knoxville. I haven't been back but once or twice in several years other than for my MIL. GVG and I basically dated at Stefanos and other places in the strip. Glad I decided not to move back there to retire.

Whole area is changing. Politics of the city are getting worse. Too much traffic. Its like Nashvile 15-20 years ago. Too many foreigners moving in also. Just not where we wanted to be anymore.
