I walked 6 miles at the park yesterday. i tried to walk today but had to stop after about 10 minutes. Same thing happened a few weeks ago. It's my right ankle. Rip right ankle.

Does it hurt in the front or either side? I just had an orthopod look at my left ankle. Tendonitis and bone spur. Athlete's ankle is the layman's term for it. Could get it scoped but it doesn't hurt bad enough for me to do that just yet. Hoping if I get the tendonitis under control everything can be all good...
