Wilson is trying to get in with Randle, and RR really likes him, but we have a lot of ground to make up. He also really likes Trooper and Auburn.

It is to late in the game for Randle. IMO.
The problem is not the staff getting after recruits, its that they didn't have more than 2-3 months to get in these guys ears. Next Year, you'll see threads on other boards that these bigger prospects are "Vol Locks".

I actually think other than S.M. and M.B. we are pipe dreaming for a lot of commits. I like surprises though!

I don't think he's a "lock" to anybody...I just hope he tells LSU to take a walk, just to hear all the guys on tigerturds.com bash him and say he's overrated. No Bama either...I would be fine with Auburn....or UT.:)

Why the hate on LSU fans?

It will be an epic Meltdown in BR IF LSU doesn't land RR.. we lost Mcknight to USC, that was pretty bad (he led us on, but really was USC all the way).. LSU fans are very sensitive to losing top home grown talent.. It's small poor state.. but a hot bed of NFL talent.. and LSU is really the only major university in the state for top talent. RR hasn't led anyone on...

He is great talent.. Only stupid fans would say, Oh..he isn't that great blah blah..

If he doesn't chose LSU, I say anyone but Bama.. Please!

OU is in thick of things also..

the general feel however, after his visit from BAMA, is that he will likely end up choosing LSU? I don't why Bama insiders feel that way or why LSU insiders feel the same, because the kid doesn't say much at all.

I will add that RR will have to earn his way on the feild at LSU... We do have some nice recievers.. Terrance Tolilver, and Benton are both 5 star guys...with another player named Petterson, and another Toliver who was RS...

With Lafell coming back this year, RR probably wont' see the field much this coming year. IMO In comparision Julion Jones started because Bama didn't have a whole lot in depth.. That is not the case at LSU IMHO

Very few have any respect for your fans after the embarrassment that happened the night before we got O. LSU fans jumped at one line in an article that said that Bobby Hebert thought he would take an offer from LSU. That proved to not be the case and you Tigerdroppings trolls made fools out of yourselves by coming over here and trolling the board. Starting thread after thread about how he was headed to LSU.

Well do you want to know the difference between class and lack therof? When O announced that he was in fact coming to Knoxville. You didn't see anyone go over to your site, even given the fact that we had more of a right to do so after the classlessness from your fans, we stayed on our own board and acted with class.

So after what happened, don't ever expect an LSU fan to get any respect around here. I don't care who you are. You're classless garbage to most of us, and you've earned every bit of it.

all teams have some d-bag fans, even Tennessee. for the most part, most of the LSU fans ive met have been pretty cool. i watched the lsu- UT sec championship game with 2 LSU fans and they were respectful the whole time and were not talking crap ignorantly. Randle is either goin to LSU or bammer so i hope he goes to LSU. LSU is actually my safety/ back-up college choice for in case i somehow dont get into Tennessee.

The LSU fans around here are scared to death that this kid will go to Bama. Everyone says that OU is just another big name school the kid feels that he has to list to keep pressure off of his Bama choice. The longer he waits the more likely he leaves the state.

But... who really knows?...

Two more for Randle....

Randle says he has narrowed his choices to Auburn, LSU, Oklahoma and Tennessee, with Ole Miss as a longshot. He has basically ruled out Miami.

"Ole Miss is questionable," Randle said. "Miami, I'm probably going to let that go."

Randle said last week that he will probably wait until National Signing Day (Feb. 4) to announce his decision. He is undecided on where he will make the announcement.
