He can yes. RG3 has a way better arm though. And I think his ceiling is higher than Lucks. JMO

true, but he doesnt have the wr's that rodgers has after watching newton play this yr i feel that rg3 could follow in similar footsteps. not sayin he will though. his arm strength reminds me of jamarcus russell's, but i dont think rg3 will bust like him.

true...Rg3 has a good head on his shoulders, unlike russell. I don't think you can go wrong with luck or rg3.

When you think about it, Barkley staying really screwed the Phins. There's a noticeable dropoff after Luck/Barkley/RG3.
