Rice @ Memphis is set to tip-off over on ESPN. Should be a barn burner.:snoring:

However, I am looking forward to seeing Morris Almond play.

Hat, have you seen this Almond kid play? I have heard a lot of good things about him.

I've seen him on TV a couple of times. I've seen him look very good and very bad. He seems to be a pretty good player, he just has absolutely no help.

Who do you guys got winning tommorrow between us and the Hogs?? I'm praying for a road win.. I don't wanna face the selection committee with no road conference wins.

Slowest thread of the year goes to... utvol0427..
This game is pretty hard to watch.. I could care less about Rice and their one good player. CUSA basketball is like watching a pick-up game with high school girls.. Memphis will spurn them by at least 20.

I opted to instead watch OJ Mayo pour in 47 points in a losing effort on ESPN2.

Patterson looks really, really good, too.

Just seen some highlights from that game, but didn't know it was on. I would have much rather watched that than the sorry excuse Rice has for a basketball team vs. Memphis St.

I just get sick of hearing the Memphis hype machine. They aren't that good, and if they weren't in a girl scout conference they would have 7 or more losses by now. They have beat what, 1 team that that was ranked? The almighty UK Wildcats. Calapari needs to get to the next level as fast as he can.

The same jibberish everyone was spewing last year when the Tigers went to the Elite Eight.

I just love the "if" word. Brings to mind one of my favorite maxims, "if a frog had a .45 he wouldn't be scared of snakes". Here's another one regarding how far anyone will advance in the tourny, "The proofs in the pudding", which I must assume means we'll see what the hell happens and then discuss it further.

Nice selective memory, Twelve. I guess you've forgotten the punking the Tigers laid on the Tide last year in Tuscaloosa.
