First off, we are aware of what the Ole Miss site is reporting, that Drew Richmond has decommitted from Ole Miss according to sources close to his recruitment. But, we, nor the Ole Miss site as I understand, don't have any confirmation from Drew or anyone in his camp at this time.

We do that that Drew has stayed in contact with Tennessee throughout the day and there is still optimism heading into the final 36 hours or so before Drew signs. Obviously, we have reached out to Drew for any comment but have received none.

Again, we believe that Tennessee had a ton of momentum after his visit and it was going to come down to what happened between Sunday night and Wednesday morning. We will keep digging as we always do.

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have taken it off of the Rivals site if it weren't true.

When Rivals removes it, they're normally pretty trustworthy.

That's because the Ole Miss site was leaked the info by someone on the Ole Miss staff to avoid the public humiliation of being dumped on national television on NSD. They wanted to steal the thunder on this and they did but who cares as long as DR signs with UT?

Big Ole Miss Homer David Johnson from 247 just confirmed

Been on the phone with sources. It appears Richmond has indeed informed the Rebels he has de-committed but I do not have full confirmation of that yet. Sources say Ole Miss coaches are working the phones right now and still fighting for Richmond. They will continue to do so
