game is very important to the mindset of shooting and shooting well. Pearl offense in general allowed for more freedom of shots thus allowing people to shoot with more confidence. Whereas Barnes is way more constrictive the players tend to lose confidence quicker and it becomes contagious. Both are great coaches just philosophy is different.
