The "real story" (taken from SEC Fanatics board)

You guys got it all wrong. Clausen was at a meeting with the NCAA over alleged acedemic violations at Alabama, when Tommy Gallion ran in with his posse and exposed the whole thing. The weight of all of the news cameras and such on the balcony caused it to collapse and they all tumbled to the ground. A few Georgia players were in the bar below and heard the noise, and came outside and beat the crap out of the Gallion and crew for disturbing their night. Just before the paramedics showed up, a gang of SC players arrived and stole all of the cameras/evidence. Spurrier, not wanting his players to be in the spotlight, came rushing in to crack a few jokes. He of course had his gang of Florida fans there refusing to believe he wasn't their coach who happened to notice some Georgia players not attending their Basketball 101 class. Since they all knew no one would be able to write a very long post on secfanatics in the middle of a work day, they decided to disperse before anything else happened.
