Right now Bama is thinking pay Pruitt $9+ million a year

Depends on timing. If it happens soon, sure I can see Pruitt going. But if Pruitt has built UT into a power , after all that work...he ain't leaving. Just like Dabo wouldn't give going to Bama a second thought. UT can easily match Bama money wise at that point.

not sure Dabo leaves Clem.

Interesting article. We are going to be hearing about that 1 second added to the clock all during the off season. Maybe you won't, but I live in Alabama.
Maybe it was a bad call, but it happens and seems to happen to Bama's opponents more often than not.
In most cases, people don't remember the refs calls and as time passes, the only thing that is significant is the final score. But.. when you add a second to the clock at Jorden Hare, it's Saban's worst nightmare.. LOL You do remember those things.

Whine about it all you want Bama fans. It is what it is. An L.

Oh I live in Bama as well. The whining about the end of the game is the best, just remind them about the extra time they got when we got into the wildcat against them and tell them that is the way it should have worked against us.

I really think Bama got screwed at the end of the half but it matters not. That stuff always happens against Bama opponents, I’m glad it finally happened against them.

I hope Alabama falls to the Citrus Bowl that would make my Holidays:D

Wouldn’t have mattered if Bama had not thrown the ball to Auburn twice and missed a Field Goal.

Don't forget that last AU TD where the little guy running that jet sweep ran around, through, and over the Bama defense from about 7 yards out. Left the Bama All American safety McKinney who came up to make the big hit wondering what happened with his helmet spinning on the field.

Just remember though if Pruitt starts winning big then mama will come calling, Saban isn’t getting any younger
Meanwhile Tee is studying everything that's going down and if Pruitt keeps having success as of late and can hang with 4 big boys next year and win 1-2 of those Bama may think that way. I doubt Pruitt, at this juncture, is anywhere near the top of Bama's coaching replacement. I think most their top receivers go pro this year and Harris too. After this disappointing season they have 9 starters projected as 1st rounders that are juniors. It's starting to rain in Tuscaloosa.

Dabo would be crazy to follow Saban. He’s got the best gig in college football right now.
Bama can't outpay Clemson and he's a man on a mission. He's got 8 5*'s recruited this year. He should eventually pass every coach but Bear and Saban with most Natty's if the program continues this way. Clemson couldn't do that in the SEC IMO.

I won’t loss any sleep if he’s on the other sideline provided Tennessee has a good coach themselves.
Bet your sweet butt PF will know how to word a new contract, (if Pruitt wins big), unlike the Hamiltons and Harts we formerly had minding the post. To protect our interests. Not Pruitt like to build a good team and leave though. Have to be a ton of cash involved for that to happen.

It’s been reported that Pruitts contract would allow him to go to work somewhere with NO OFFSET against his buyout from UT if he were fired. I don’t know if that’s true or not but it was reported earlier that was the case. If true, don’t have much confidence in Fulmers ability to negotiate tough with coaches.

I saw presser on YouTube. Saban looked very tired. His comb over was the worst I’ve seen- the hair coloring was very conspicuous around the bald spot. Face it, even with good talent it’s hard to get to the SECCG and even harder to the playoffs. If he doesn’t make it next year he will get sick of the bandwagon Bama fans whining. I think he’ll be gone after 2020. How many yachts can you ski behind anyway?
I can see him leaving this year if there's a way out. He's losing most of this team's better players I'm guessing and he'll have to coach his azz off to keep pace with LSU and Auburn. Tua's injury may work in his favor because I don't think Tua will declare now due to that injury. They could have a worse record next year. Injuries overtook Bama this year. Way too many in critical positions and Tua's was the last straw. They're capable of making a run at the west next year but the competition isn't going anywhere.

That's understandable with the current contract. This is Pruitt's 1st HC gig and he doesn't have the horses to run with the big boys consistently. Last nights play calling was pathetic, more-so on offense. He is doing well with what he's got imo. We build solid depth and start winning consistently a new contract extension will likely be awarded and that's when the buy-out clauses will be inserted if PF has the sense I hope he has.
