I wouldn't mind seeing a new QB on the team, but I don't hate Jake getting a shot. He just has to protect the ball and be efficient this year. He has a season in the system and was not a scrub out of high school. He is capable of being a starter.

We hardly ever throw the ball down field and get most of our yardage from short passes that turn into bigger gains.

Any QB would do well here.

Sorry, but, this is a very stupid thread and poll! CJH will not go after a player from the SEC due to him having to wait a year. I also doubt he would even go after one should they not have to wait a year. No need for the SEC to be poaching from each other in the spring! That would be unethical in my opinion! I think CJH has more class than to do so!

I would be if he was eligible to play next season. He is a gamer and has a good instinct for making plays. Despite not having the deepest arm, I think he would do well in Heupel's offense.
