@utvols74 i see that...ive been in the military for a little over 8 years. Four of them as an NCO in a "leadership" position so i understand how different people react to getting chewed out. However, the OP made it sound like riley was chewing everyone out for every mistake that made and thats not leadership.

Well, he's just a high school kid right now, so he can grow up a little more and be coached to fine tune his demeanor, but I'd say it's better to see signs of competitive fire there than to never see any.
