Fact checkers are a problem, any way you slice it. Would it make any difference in my confidence level if he were a nurse? No way in hell.

But this here reveals how people don't understand research and what it proves:

It is false to look at that data and make the claim that "the FDA said the vax causes blood clots." It doesn't take a doctor to realize correlation is not causation and finding correlation and making that information public is not saying that it's causation.

Now, we can argue about whether or not fact checkers should interject here, but he's not wrong.

Nobody vets the fact checkers. People just run with it.

Internet's about to be crazy today. Nobody knows for sure what exactly happened yet, but some, not all, people are taking sides along predictable political lines.

More importantly, I think we can all agree that we wish Hamlin a speedy recovery.

Free speech was intended as an acoustic art. It was never meant to go digital. Some of these "discussions" I'm seeing today are already supporting that idea, and the sun isn't even up yet.
