Uh oh, the fanboys who think buying companies is “truly exceptional” have showed up. Do you also feel that way about him responding “hmm interesting” to some Nazi tweet or conspiracy theory every few minutes

his companies were/are transformation in in finance, telecommunications, space travel and space exploration, transportation and robotics/manufacturing but yeah he only has a child's understanding of most things because of his tweet behavior.

Elon definitely has genius in some areas and is a complete buffoon in others. Everybody's right.

His superpower is probably his drive, which is a form of genius. After that, it's hard to know what other kinds of genius you can attribute to him, based on his successes. He's had some ventures go great and others not so much, all built on the shoulders of others and it's really hard to know how smart he actually is. I think he does have a great understanding of hardware.

The real trouble is our most visible exposure to his "genius" is his Tweeter feed, and it's not found there.

I honestly don't spend time thinking about him or listening to what he says. I don't know if he doesn't understand what you suggest or just doesn't care. He does say and do dumb things but in the big picture of assessing his overall contribution portfolio I consider that pretty small potatoes.

I saw Walz said you can't yell fire in a crowded theater. Is that what you're talking about? Because that's a misunderstanding our speech laws.
