No, I'm probably not going to chill out, I'm as pissed over this loss as I've been since, I guess Michigan in Pearl's last year. We didn't show any heart, that's probably why I got so defensive, because I knew it was true. Just an absolute embarrassing performance by this Vols team and Barnes. Disgusting, I can't even watch the Tournament, now. I tried, lasted 2 minutes and Liberty was only down 6 to Ok. St, but I couldn't, because it's all ruined, thanks to UT's sorry a$$ performance. I could have lived with a competitive game and a loss, but not that complete sh!t show. Never had a lead, was NOT ready to play, at all. Did we even scout the Beavers ? Because it sure as f#ck didn't look like it, they destroyed our #4 ranked defensive team with an uncanny ease. Just makes me sick and then u have to eff with me to beat it all. But, u and me are cool, my bad, unless u wanna meet me at Waffle House, instead ?

Not at a 50% clip like tonight. It’s one thing to shot the ball and it’s another when you have confidence to shoot and make the shot.

I’m not effing w you. Sorry if you took my response as that. I agree that Keon shows as much heart as anyone but collectively not enough.

I agree but also when you loose some of your key players specificslly Pons n Fulkerson toward the end of the year it doesn't help with chemistry whatsoever. But Barnes and that staff need to go out n recruit the hell out of a damn good transfer 4/5 player if not at least 2 of them that can make a immediate impact on the team. I personally thin that Johnson n Springer need to come back because this year NBA draft imo will be a big talent pool of players who are mostly upper classman n to me if they boith came back for next year they would really have a chance to improve their overrall games. Just don't see Johnson being a top 10 pick either only because of his youth n defense abilities as of right now and Springer isn't ready yet either for the same reasons imo

I just dont get the covid thing since everyone dealt with it. I know some dealt with it differently and some might have had a harder time but did you know across all sports i root for 6 different teams and to a team everyone of them blamed covid being harder on them than most. Its weird I guess I just have the misfortune of rooting for all of the most hardly hit teams when it came to covid. Darn my bad luck.

Keon is already a fantastic defender, so I have no idea what you're watching; but the top ten pick thing is based on potential.

I guess. It seems crazy to draft a guy that high that can't shoot and turns it over as much as he does.

I don't disagree. However, 2.7 turnovers really isn't that bad, and I'm sure they think he'll become a solid shooter. His stroke isn't bad, and he's already solid on the mid-range. (Not today, but normally.) 50% on twos.

I think something happened after the 10- 1 start.. The freshmen were coming off the bench during that stretch.. When they started it fell apart.. I'm not blaming the freshmen but wondering if there was locker room jealousy or something...
Today Pons played like he didn't even want to be there... He's a great athlete, but will end up playing overseas

Fairly disappointing season overall. The biggest reason for that is JJJ’s lack of development. He is the glue guy for this team, but he is nowhere close to a 5 star player he was rated coming out of high school. Just not even close. He is about as impactful as a Robert Hubbs, on a good day, maybe.

James being 7th in scoring in our rotation is just not going to get it done. I appreciate his effort and 6.5 rebounds a game, but he is just not even close to the player we had hoped he was. We need a true big man, and true point guard. Hopefully we sign Hatfield to go with Chandler next year, and James can make more progress. Could be a little better next year if so.

That abysmal performance yesterday is 100% inexcusable for a $5m coach and should never happen! Totally unprepared, outcoached, and looked nonchalant about it yesterday and ALL YEAR! You have 6 days to prepare and you come out like that? I, along with many, think him going to UCLA would have been a good thing, but too late now and were stuck with him. Let’s hope he gets us in ‘aa each of next two years then decides to retire so we can move on!
