Then why did all of the announcers and most logical fans say Pruett got wrecked? I don't what you all have against Scott, but get over it. Montoya wrecked him and Harvick wrecked. Or I would say the Harvick incident was a racing deal, but Scott didn't wreck him. :banghead2:

I bet 90% of most realistic fans would know that wasn't Pruetts fault. Why do you hate Pruett so much and why are you a fan of Montoya. Thats a big contrast of support between teammates

nice gesture by Robby Gordon this weekend, he fielded a car for Marcos Ambrose to drive in the Cup race at Watkins Glen. Unfortunately, qualifying was rained out and Ambrose never got a chance to try to make the race, but nevertheless, pretty cool for Gordon to give that opportunity to him after what happened at Montreal between the two.

I agree. Saw an interview with Robby and he credited a fan with the idea to give Ambrose the ride.

We had the president of Talladega Speedway on the radio earlier this week. He said that the reason Gordon was penalized was the same reason Dale Jr. was not given the lead in the race at dega last year when Kyle took Johnson out. That when the field was frozen due to the caution, he was not "Maintaining the minimum speed outlined by Nascar for that track." Well of course not he was spinning in circles. He said that is why cars that are involved in a caution, whether they had anything to do with causing it or not, go to the end of the longest line is because when the field is frozen, they are not at that minimum speed. Is a crazy rule, but when you think about the caution angle, it does make sense. sorta.

heard something similar to that as well. because RG got spun out and was sitting still, he lost position according to the sensors placed around the track. rather than relying on the good ol' mark 1, mod zero eyeball, Nascar relied instead on the track sensors to determine RG's proper position.
