Robert F. Kennedy Jr. ???

How about the fact that after being elected Vice President twice in 2008 and 2012, Joe Biden was elected President in 2020? At age 69, RFK Jr. has never been elected to anything, and he never will be. What else do I need? LOL!

RFK Jr. does not have a realistic chance of ever even being the nominee of the Democratic Party for President. I'm not sure what kind argument you are trying to make here, but if you are trying to equate plagiarism with felony heroin possession ... your efforts are silly and pointless.

... and by the way, RFK Jr. did serve 30 days in jail after being sentenced by a federal court in 2001 for trespassing while attempting to stop Navy bombing exercises on Vieques Island. The guy is a nut.

RFK Jr. Gets 30 Days

RFK Jr. Sentenced in Vieques Case

Looks like he’s used his law degree to make about 40 million dollars that didn’t involve a Ukrainian energy company. Instead of grifting off the taxpayers for 47 years He hasn’t been elected to anything….he hasn’t ran for anything. And the situation on Vieques is so shameful that my father quit the Marine Corps when his time was up and didn’t re enlist. I guess Rosa Parks and MLKJ are nut jobs in your mind since they’ve been arrested for trespassing too. If you want to convince me that he’s a bad guy, the fact that he tried to embarrass George W Bush is not going to get it done.

Not surprised that you ignored post #201 .... especially the one involving Michael Skakel. There is a lot more than just that.

RFK Jr. is not a serious candidate.

I could pick a random guy off LA’s skid row who would be a more serious candidate than Joe Biden. He had no idea what is going on around him. He wanders around lost, shakes hands with the air, says really stupid ****…”God save the queen????”.

What makes RFK less qualified than this? Shouldn’t the most basic qualification be a general awareness of what is going on around him?

Joe Biden has been grifting as an elected official for 5 decades....duh?!

Just pointing our BB85 qualifications metric.

Well he’s clearly mentally incapacitated these days. You have to be willfully ignorant to not see it with his wandering around, not knowing what is going on around him, and saying nonsensical things.

How cannot having a basic command of what is happening around you not be a minimum requirement for qualification?

I asked you in two different posts to go on the record about the situation with the DNC not allowing debates. You ignored both. Trying to call me out because I didn’t respond to a post shows that you’re as hypocritical as you are stupid.

Maybe .... if he isn't high.

So it’s bad when other posters attack you personally for your Jim Beam issues but it’s ok for you to make light of someones substance abuse issues from 40 years ago? I take that back. You’re not a hypocrite, you’re just a flat out low life.

... anyone who takes this forum, and what is being posted as seriously as you do, should take stock of themselves before talking about someone else.

Did he say "Jim Beam"? That is Kentucky stuff, isn't it?

So a double traitor?

Receipts needed...

It has been standard practice from both parties to block primary opposition to an incumbent President since 1992.

This was what Ronna Romney McDaniel and her fellow RNC members did in 2019, when it appeared as though her own uncle (Mitt Romney) might run against Trump for the 2020 Republican Party nomination.

Are you not at all concerned with Joe Biden’s cognitive issues?

Im not asking whether it’s standard practice. I’m asking you how you feel about it personally. Also I’m working and don’t have time to research it. But i highly doubt that another incumbent has had a challenger polling in double digits. Not allowing a debate is disenfranchising those voters. Just like Gary Johnson should have been allowed to debate in 2016.

Sure ... I have never liked Joe Biden, even when he was 45 years old and Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee grilling Robert Bork in 1987. He embodies every feature of the American career politician.

I wish that he would step aside and another viable candidate for the Democratic Party nomination would emerge. I don't consider RFK Jr. "viable." He has way too much baggage.

... and I'm obviously not going to vote for Donald Trump.

I’m curious how you can claim RFK is a less “viable” candidate a guy who isn’t coherent.

How can you not get behind any other Democrat over Joe Biden?

It doesn’t make sense to me. It’s dangerous and you don’t seem too concerned.

This practice began in 1992, when Pat Buchanan was polling well into double digits against President George H.W. Bush. The RNC would not hold a debate, and never even acknowledged his candidacy.

The RNC believed that Ronald Reagan's primary challenge to Gerald Ford in 1976, damaged Ford's chances of being elected (the Nixon pardon didn't help either).

The DNC believed that Ted Kennedy's primary challenge to Jimmy Carter in 1980, damaged Carter's chances of being re-elected (the Iranian embassy hostage crisis, sky high interest rates and the energy crisis didn't help either).

The approach to the primaries by both Committees changed after those election cycles. Primary challenges to incumbent Presidents, simply aren't allowed anymore. That's just how it is.

Good lord ... I have explained why in about 20 different posts. Among about a hundred other things, the guy is a convicted felon. He didn't give a damn when his wife hung herself ... the list is endless. See post #201.
