Roe vs Wade Overturned

I’m really not sure what the TN trigger law entails but here’s where I am on this (not that anyone really cares).

1. I think abortion as a form of birth control is wrong and should be illegal.

2. I think if the mothers health/life is in jeopardy this should be a decision made by the family/mother. I can’t imagine my wife being in this case and having to make this decision. I also know she has another amazing little boy that would be lost without her.

3. Same for the case of rape. This is a decision I think should be made by the mother.

'The View' co-host Sunny Hostin says She is AGAINST abortion Even in the case of incest or rape because she is Catholic: 'I don't believe in any exception to it'

The View's liberal co-host, Sunny Hostin, said Monday that because of her deep Catholic faith she draws a line when it comes to her stance against abortion: She doesn't believe in any exceptions, not even rape or incest cases.

'I don't believe in abortion, at any time. I don't believe in any exception to it,' she said.

'Even incest and rape?' her stunned co-host Sarah Haines asked.

'No, I don't,' Hostin, 53, shot back. 'That's considered very radical for many people, and it's because I'm Catholic and that's my faith.'

Hostin, 53, sparked outrage after calling for the GOP to be abolished and called Republicans a 'party of white supremacy' and 'gun massacres.' She said: 'Get rid of Republicans, get rid of the party. Because as the party stands now, it's the party of white supremacy, it's the party of insurrectionists, the party of massacres at this point'

Can anyone give an actual reason for supporting Roe v Wade, a decision that allowed for 28 weeks elective abortions

The only thing I can think of is if the child would die as soon as cutting the cord. Had a lady I went to school with take her child to term with that syndrome. I don’t know what it is called.

Wisconsin's Democratic Governor Tony Evers vows CLEMENCY for doctors charged or performing abortions after 13 other states' 'trigger laws' took effect with overturn of Roe v. Wade

As states grapple with their responses to the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade, Wisconsin's Democratic Governor Tony Evers vowed to grant clemency to any doctors charged with preforming an abortion.

An 1849 law in the state banning most abortions was enacted long before it became federally protected in 1973 – but the law technically went back into effect following the Friday ruling that overruled the landmark case.

Evers said during a Wisconsin's state Democratic Party convention Saturday that not only will he not enforce his state's century-and-a-quarter old law, but he would also give clemency to anyone charged under the old law.

'The 1849 law says that anybody that provides an abortion is subject to a felony, one to six years,' Evers said, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. 'Did you ever think about the word clemency? I will provide clemency to any physician that is charged under that law.'

He called the Supreme Court decision 'bulls***' and said Democrats need to hold out against opponents in the fall if they want to stop further restriction to abortion access.

Despite having a Democratic governor In 2016, Wisconsin went red for Donald Trump with 47.2 percent to 46.5 percent and flipped blue in 2020 for Joe Biden 49.4 percent to 48.8 percent.

Don't know if she's going to get pregnant, but she just screwed herself. Not going to be welcome in the club.

That miserable bitch just can’t stop from sticking the Fed nose where it has no business can she.

I just want to know why Stem Cell Research is not brought up more with this topic . While I personally don’t agree with abortions. The amount of research that has been possible due to stem cells is incredible and it’s absolutely something that should be brought to the table more on this subject .

Roe v Wade covered abortions for any reason up until that point. Not just fetal compromise

I'll respond to your absurd question with one of my own.

What if the victim in question is currently trying to conceive with her partner?

Define “currently”? You can’t want and abortion and to conceive simultaneously. The obvious answer to your question is that she have the device removed.

Why is my question absurd?
