Mike Keith made one of the most famous calls of all time in the NFL (Music city miracle). I don’t see him leaving the Titans.

Mike Keith fell victim to not being in the right place at the right time. Kesling was that man and Tennessee hired him as a logical pathway to replace John Ward. From a purely broadcasting talent perspective, Keith was far superior to Kesling. The number of on-air mistakes by Bob was mind-boggling at times. His post game interviews where he asks the players a supposed question while leading them to answer the question in the way he wants it answered is perplexing. There are many ultra-talented candidates that could fill the bill for what will be a coveted position. I thank Danny White sees that and understands how this position needs to be a home run hire. The Kim Caldwell hire is looking to be one of the best hires ever for women’s sports.
I would love Mike, but he lucked into a very good life changing role. As tempting as it might be for him, he should stay put. He is already a legend there. I don’t see him as a victim, but as life sorting things out for those who deserve it.
