Just a theory... if he was donso at UT, why has he deleted all his tweets and hasn't tweeted since before his indefinite suspension?

Based on his previous track record... wouldn't he have spouted off at the mouth by now or at the very least posted something? It's not like he has to walk on thin ice for free of not getting an unconditional release because if he's booted can't he go anywhere?

Just a thought. Dam I wish there was some closure to this... soon.

Hey, I like this thread.

He has not deleted all of his tweets. He has, however, locked his twitter account. He tweeted as of, uh, three minutes ago.

And his recent tweets are all of friends supporting him. Surprise, he's a human and makes mistakes. How would you like for all of your mistakes to be discussed at nauseum over and over and over and...?

Easy, do something other than play sports, and don't publicly make a mockery of yourself by posting pics of you drunk, and looking like a fat chick is going to eat you. Pretty simple really.

You really think those pics are uncommon across the population of modern-day college students?

That's what I'm saying. Those that choose to be public with their idiocy and child-like antics, are going to lambasted. It's the nature of the beast.

I understand. To me, the amount of negative sentiment has little to do with his actions but more to do with the fact that he won't catch 12 TDs this year for the Vols. It's frustrated greed. :)

My negative feelings towards DR, are more based on the fact he could care less about anyone but himself. I hope Watson can control him, or Cookeville might burn.

Fair enough, I do not know him as well as yourself, or even at all, else I might have that opinion.

Knowing him personally doesn't have anything to do with it. Everything we have seen from him on The Hill tells that story for him.

I have only "seen" him with a football helmet on, so for me to judge him personally would be illogical. None of my business at the end of the day.

So, you're saying you can't make an educated decision about DR's attitude, and how he is, just based on his body of work in a little over 2 years here??

Sure, I can form an opinion, but I personally consider it a waste of time to judge and sentence him.

No one is sentencing him, but as far as the judging part, he's been a pretty big problem for the team since he's been here. That whole GA State thing was over the top, and he should have been gone then.

Its so funny to look at twitter. All these sports writers acting like they are breaking the story.

Perhaps. He is only punishing himself at the end of the day. He was/is impossible to cover 1v1 in the college ranks. The only person that can stop DR is DR, and he accomplished just that at UT, unfortunately.
