I'd love for Gary the be driving the car like you... It would be nice... The way i view it is and this just my personal opinion... That vote for Johnson is a waste right now... He needs stronger backing that would have to start at a lower level somewhere and build steam... I don't how you do it... That's the way it would have to grow legs.. Butting heads with these parties with big money just gets you a token vote.. Really hurts one guy more than the other... In this case it's going to hurt Romney... Look i don't agree with everything Mitt does or has done.. This country can't afford another 4 years of what it's got though... Therefore i have to vote for the lesser of the two evils in this case...
Yeah well get out help Ole Gary out.. Money will do it, because that's what he's fighting. It is simple; people like you have to stop being intellectually dishonest at the voting booth.
Honestly, and I don't mean any disrespect to you, but people like you are the epitome of what is wrong with the country. People who vote for Obama tend either to: not have the intellectual capability of understanding economics, do not pay attention or care about politics/current events, or are so dependent upon the government they can't help themselves but vote for their own survival. Honestly, you can't reach those people.
On the other side, you have people so far up Jesus's rear end that they cannot see the day of light. They will vote their perceived notion of piousness.
However, there is a vast majority of the people in the center that have some sense of rational and understand enough economics to get by. We tend to mistakenly call them moderate Democrats/Republicans or independents. In actually, most all of them are Libertarians; socially liberal and fiscally conservative. There have been polls that consistently show that 30%-40% of Americans are Libertarians (although most don't realize it).
Fast forward to you and others like you who understand what is going on and realize that Johnson is indeed the best candidate. There are a lot of people like you. If all of you decided to vote with whom you thought was the best candidate, Johnson would have a real shot at winning. Instead, y'all act alike kids in elementary school who look around and see what everyone else will do, then act accordingly. To combat this, elementary teachers would force us to vote with our heads down. When we did, there was a dramatic difference in the results. Same thing with this election. If all those who share your belief system but are selling out for Romney because you see others doing the same thing were to vote your conscious, we could actually prevent the country from going off the proverbial cliff.
Quit waiting for someone to lead so you will follow. Be the change you want to see in this world.
It's almost impossible....
Hey Milo... Read this post then eat a turd sandwich........The numbers tossed around about non-existent voter fraud are almost always federally prosecuted cases. It happens all the time in elections, and everyone knows it. It's just rarely prosecuted on a federal level. And at the state level, it's almost impossible to identify without voter ID laws.
I've pointed out on here on multiple occasions, there have been very recent cases in multiple states where voter turnout in a given district was greater than registered voters.
That can't happen without MASSIVE voter fraud.
It happens often in every election. I'm registered to vote in two states. I have dual residency, and there are no checks in place to keep you from voting in both states.
For the record, I vote only in one state, and that is my primary state. But I could, and the only way to prove it is if someone were to compare one state's record against another's.

I actually agree with this. But...This is the ugly truth.
I understand that people need adequate time to obtain a free photo ID card so the time to change the law is not right before the election but it's virtually indefensible to say that people shouldn't have to show who they are in order to vote.
I actually agree with this. But...
- I instigate. It happens.
- I also recognize that these laws are a cynical effort by Republicans to affect voter turnout among largely Democratic voting blocks. The Republican house majority leader in PA specifically said that the voter ID law was crafted to help Mitt get an edge in the state. He can't take that **** back, he said why the law was made.

That might be the motivation for pushing the Voter ID laws. I'm not one to deny realty.
On the other hand, the reason for lax identification laws at the polls for the other side is obvious. It's just cloaked with a "rights" issue.
It's close to a zero sum game.
I've honestly never looked at this through a partisan lens. I don't understand how it's required to have an ID to get a job, drive, buy alcohol, get on an airplane, buy a home, and the list goes on and on...
But to ensure one of the greatest privileges we have in our republic is exercised fairly should be off limits?
