Romney releasing his full 2011 tax return today at 3pm

He paid 14.1% which was 1.9 million.

That's a lot of cash to be giving the government but some will say it is not enough.

It is also being reported he is also releasing a summary of what he has made, gave to charity and the about of taxes he paid each year for 20 years.

Where's that chicken **** Harry Reid?

Trying to track down his source from Bain and box his jaws....lol

You see Harry yesterday announcing "no more votes today" Trying to act like he was forcing Brown to do his debate with Warren last night.

I honestly don't care, but I would have issue with contributions to his church counted as charity. While it may be classified as 503c, that church is run like a multi-national corporation.

Obviously the media will now attack the Mormon Church because that's all they've got now.

We are 16 TRILLION dollars in debt (and growing by the second btw.) but let talk about tax returns...

*sigh*

When are we going to start to deal with real problems in this election?

I flipped the TV to MSNBC. They are already questioning what he may be trying to hide because he would not be releasing at 3 pm Friday if he wasn't trying to keep something quiet.

Funny because I didn't hear them pumping when Obama signed the NDAA on damn New Years Eve...

And the Southern Baptist Convention and the Catholic Church aren't?

You need your perspective adjusted.

Can you believe this... they media's new attack: Romney payed too much in taxes!
Romney Campaign Says He Paid More Taxes Than He Had To

This is not a media attack.

This was the release by the Romney Campaign.

Romney's blind trust trustee, R. Bradford Malt, said Romney artificially kept his marginal rate above 13 percent — the rate below which he says he has never paid — by not reporting nearly half his charitable giving.

Sorry, I linked that from a liberal blog saying that Romney is a hypocrite for paying more than he had to. And his rate should have only been 9% last year. (of course they don't mention that's because he donated over $4M to charity).

Gotcha...I know you are a solid poster.

He should have stuck to his guns and not released anything else.

That is the main reason I do not support Romney. He has a long history of not sticking to his guns.

That behavior makes someone look weak and untrustworthy, imo.

I don't think you know what you are talking about. The church does tons of real charity. My father-in-law was a bishop and basically every "poor" member of his congregation was in the church's pocket. For instance "fast offerings" (collected once a month) go directly to those who can't afford to feed themselves. People take advantage of it. He said the church was paying phone bills for people. SMH

I went to BYU. I paid $1,800 in heavily subsidized tuition per semester. If I paid what it really cost then it would have been closer $30,000. This is the kind of thing that Romney's contributions would go towards.
